The
Barudin Law Firm, established in 1998, with Ted Barudin
as the founder and principal, is entirely a “Plaintiff
only” personal injury and trial litigation law firm
concentrating on representing persons and families who have
been injured or killed as a result of someone else’s
negligence. We represent only individuals and their families
and do not represent insurance companies or governmental
agencies. The key motto for the Firm is “Preparation
and Presentation.”
By thoroughly preparing your case with the necessary research
and investigation to the cause of the negligence, the nature
of who the potential parties are to make the claims, and
the assembling of the medical records and related medical
research, the Barudin Law Firm conducts the necessary and
thorough preparation to have a superior presentation at
either mediation, arbitration, or at a trial.
At Barudin Law Firm, we serve your legal needs. Home, community
and hospital visits are always welcomed. Your initial consultation
is free and confidential. In your initial consultation you
will meet with attorney, Ted Barudin to discuss the merits
of your case and potential outcome of your claim. Attorney’s
fees and costs will be presented at this time.
At the time of hiring our Firm, you will review a document
called the Contingent Agreement which is how you will hire
the Firm to proceed on your behalf. This means that there
will be no requirement to advance costs for your case or
to pay a retainer fee for the work to begin.
Our contingency agreement ensures that unless we recover
a settlement or obtain a court order or judgment, attorneys
fees will not be assessed. In short, if there
is no recovery, client shall owe no fee.
Costs of litigation and trial can be very expensive. Unless
a client is financially solvent, it is typical for the Firm
to advance those costs necessary to process the case from
beginning to end. The costs typically advanced are for medical
records, filing fees with courts, payment to court reporters
for depositions, expert witness fees and costs, trial exhibits,
and other necessary expenses to advance your case to conclusion.
Our commitment is to help you receive full compensation
for your personal injuries.
